Shipbuilding
process from beginning to end is under close control
of Planning Department. There is an internal Work
Order System that is integrated with project planning,
human and material resource assignment. Planning Department
is also handing the subcontracting transactions. By
using the cutting edge version of Microsoft Project,
milestones and critical path of the shipbuilding are
continuously monitored.
